Volunteers are needed for the annual Greater Abilene Kiwanis Club’s annual Chili Day fundraiser. The event is scheduled for February 25, 2012 at the Abilene Civic Center.
Needed are 20-40 Dyess We Care Team volunteers to help the club work this event again. Some of the duties include manning drinks, tacos, or cobbler booths and wiping tables or replenishing crackers on the tables (nothing too strenuous). Volunteers will be provided with a free meal as well so how can you beat a deal like that! Volunteers are needed to work a 1300-1900 shift (although any time will be fine).
