The Dyess We Care Team recently completed it’s first house project of 2024 with a paint makeover of an Abilene home located on Meander street.\u00a0 It took a couple of weekends to tackle and complete the project due to working around some of the much needed rain the city of Abilene received during the spring.\u00a0 The first day of the project entailed a lot of preparation work in order to make the house ready to receive it’s new coats of pant.\u00a0 Part of this work included the clearing of brush away from the house along with scrapping off some of the older paint and power washing the home\u00a0 Plans were to begin painting the home the following weekend.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
