For the second consecutive Saturday the Dyess We Care Team continued work on the “Four Ways We Care Project” and completed work on the home they began last week as well as starting and completing a second home today. This makes a total of two homes that have been completed for this particular neighborhood project.
There were some 40 plus volunteers that came out to today to give back to the community as well as enjoy the beautiful Fall weather. The homeowner was very appreciative of everyone coming out and giving of their time and was very pleased with the new look of her home. In addition to painting and replacing a few rotted boards, security lights were installed in both the front and back.
