This is the video that was shown at the the Dyess We Care Team 10th Anniversary Awards Banquet. The WCT was established on July 28, 2000 and chartered to develop Leadership, promote Mentorship, and enhance Camaraderie at Dyess AFB through Community service work.
The WCT consist of active duty military, DoD employees, dependents, and civilians. During off-duty time, the WCT assists those in need of minor home repairs. In addition, they also assist other community oriented non-profit groups.

Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today
This is the first of a series of videos for the 2012 Combined Federal Campaign promoting the various aspects of the Dyess We Care Team. The purpose of the series of videos will be to show that the WCT is much more than just a community service organization.
