With heavy rains falling on the city of Abilene for most of the day Saturday, the Dyess We Care Team had to push work on the Meander Street project to Sunday. With the house being too wet to paint the WCT worked on laying some new base material on the driveway as well as some of the flowerbeds arount the house. Painting would have to be delayed until Monday allowing the house to dry out from the much needed recent rains.
