The 22nd Annuiversary Dyess We Care Team Awards Banquet was held on Saturday, August 6th at the MCM Elegante’ Suites.  The annual banquet shines the spotlight on the volunteers by recognizing the top volunteers for the year.  This year’s event kept with the popular ‘picnic’ feel and attire, especially with the continues daily 100 degree temperatures.  The MC for this years even was Taylor County Judge Downing Bolls. The highlight every year is the countdown and recognition of the top 10 volunteers. It was an extremely close race this year as the point spread between the top three volunteers was very small.  Congratulations to SrA David Fick who was recognized as the 2022 Top Volunteer. This year 353 volunteers contirbuted 3,893 community service hours at a valure of nearly $120,000 in labor alone! The awards were presented by CMSgt (Retired) Joshua Swanger.
