The Dyess We Care Team recently held a car was to raise funds for this years Project Graduation, scheduled for Saturday, May 31. The annual event is held at the Abilene Civic Center. Project graduation is a celebration offered by the Parents Who Care organization, a non-profit organization, to allow students a way to celebrate their high school graduation in an alcohol, tobacco, and drug free environment. Students are allowed to bring one high school aged guest, and if students leave, they will not be allowed back in. Various fun activities and prizes along with food are offered throughout the evening.
The car was was held at Red Robin. The WCT utilized new power sprayers in order to conserve and limit the use of water.
